The "Project" began in 1990, when Irvin Foster
was introduced to Mario Hemsley in Los Angeles,
California. The two joined up and began
recording in Mario's home studio. After writing
a number of songs, they decided to release an
independent CD. They are featured artists on Pax

completed a CD with Richard Dedeaux of the
